In this article you will find out what to see in Caccamo. It is a small medieval village about 40 km from Palermo located on Mount San Calogero. The main thing to see in Caccamo is definitely the Norman castle , which is located right on top of the mountain and appears to be part of the mountain itself.
At first it was simply a watchtower, but it changed over the centuries and is now a magnificent castle. From here the view is very beautiful, in fact you can admire the mountains, the sea and the Rosamarina lake. As for the interior, period clothing, some antique furniture and a weapons museum are exhibited.
