Introduction

In this article you will find out what to see in Caccamo. It is a small medieval village about 40 km from Palermo located on Mount San Calogero.

The main thing to see in Caccamo is definitely the Norman castle , which is located right on top of the mountain and appears to be part of the mountain itself.

At first it was simply a watchtower, but it changed over the centuries and is now a magnificent castle. From here the view is very beautiful, in fact you can admire the mountains, the sea and the Rosamarina lake.
